摘要

西北师范大学美术学院"互联网+美术"支教项目在实施过程中,针对对接中小学校美术教学条件较差、对接教师配合缺乏持久性和稳定性、学生美术素养水平低、支教项目指导教师无法全身心投入、大学生支教教师队伍不稳定等因素导致的支教教学效果不佳问题,探索优化路径,从乡村学校教育资源和学生实际出发,灵活设计教学内容和教学方式,加强"互联网+美术"支教团队建设和支教过程管理,取得了初步成效,为高效开展"互联网+"美术教育支教工作积累了经验.
