Directional Grouting Treatment of Water-flowing Collapse Column in Liliu Mining Area of Shanxi Province
As the depth of coal mining increases, the damage posed by water hazard in mines increase correspondingly.Water inrush through collapsed columns can connect the aquifers at the top and bottom of coal seams, leading to sudden water inrush accidents in mines.Taking the example of the in-mine drilling and grouting treatment of the collapsed column at the X4-2 working face of Guojiashan Coal Mine in the Liliu Mining Area of Shanxi, the directional grouting treatment technology for collapsed column underground was systematically summarized.A three-in-one approach of exploration, treatment, and verification was employed.Drilling and grouting methods were utilized to perform all-round grouting reinforcement on the pillar body and surrounding fractures of the collapsed column. Thus, the sealing of water-conducting fractures was maximized, and the overall integrity of the floor strata was enhanced.Through a comparative analysis of geophysical exploration data and physical prospecting data before and after grouting,it has been determined that the effective reinforcement thickness of the collapsed column floor exceeds 35 meters. The roof strata and waterproofing performance of the floor have been strengthened, and the maximum inrush water coefficient in the treated section was reduced to 0.014 MPa/m.The grouting and sealing effects after treatment were evident, ensuring the continuity of mine production and safety.
