Experimental Study on Load-sedimentation of Collapsible Loess Foundation Treated by Lime-soil Compaction Pile
In order to discuss the load-sedimentation of collapsible loess foundation treated by lime-soil compaction pile, taking the treated foundation of Minxiao Highway as an example.Selecting test piles and burying settlement tubes nearby, and applying loads under the conditions of non-immersion and immersion respectively to observe the change of foundation sedimentation. The results show that with the increase of load, the settlement of foundation presents a growing trend. From the foundation load-sedimentation test,it can be seen that when the load is 500kPa,and the average settlement of non-submerged foundation is 57.3mm,and that of submerged foundation is 71.2mm,with little difference, both are lower than the required 200 mm.It can be seen that after the collapsible loess foundation is treated by lime-soil compaction pile method, the loess collapsibility is effectively improved and the foundation load settlement satisfies the construction requirements.
