水玻璃基淤泥固化土力学性质试验研究

为解决淤泥固化及其资源化利用的问题,以宁波地区淤泥为研究对象,利用水玻璃基淤泥固化剂制备固化土,通过室内试验、固化机理分析和现场试验研究固化土的力学性质.室内试验给出了无侧限抗压强度和压缩模量随固化剂掺入比改变的规律,并指出存在最佳掺入比为7%;固化机理分析表明随着固化剂掺入比增加,固化土颗粒由鳞片状或条块状向团块状变化,团块体积呈增大趋势,固化土孔隙率小幅增大,中值孔径亦小幅增大,固化土由黏性土向粉土化转变;现场试验取心土样无侧限抗压强度约为室内试验值的70%.结果表明,水玻璃基淤泥固化剂加固淤泥土方案切实可行.
Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Water Glass-Based Mud Solidified Soil
To solve the problem of sludge solidification and its resource utilization,Ningbo area sludge was taken as the research object,and water glass-based sludge solidification agent was used to prepare solidified soil.The mechanical properties of solidified soil were studied through indoor experiments,solidification mechanism analysis,and on-site experiments.The indoor experiment showed the variation of unconfined compressive strength and compressive modulus with the addition ratio of curing agent,and pointed out that there is an optimal addition ratio of 7%;The analysis of solidification mechanism shows that as the ratio of solidifying agent increases,the particles of solidified soil change from flake or block shaped to block shaped,and the volume of blocks shows an increasing trend.The porosity of solidified soil slightly increases,and the median pore size also slightly increases.The solidified soil changes from cohesive soil to powdery soil;The unconfined compressive strength of the soil sample obtained from on-site testing is about 70%of the indoor test value.The results indicate that the scheme of using water glass-based sludge solidification agent to reinforce silt soil is feasible.
