王洼矿区5#煤层煤岩煤质特征及绿色利用方向探讨

通过全面梳理王洼矿区煤炭资源煤质数据,以促进王洼矿区优质煤炭资源的清洁高效利用为目标,以延安组主要煤层5#煤层为研究对象,采用以往煤田地质勘探钻孔数据分析结合系统采样和分析测试,对相应煤质指标进行详细研究,全面掌握矿区煤质特征.王洼矿区煤层具有镜质组含量高,惰质组含量较低的特点,以低至特低灰、中低硫、中高挥发分长焰煤、不黏煤为主;按煤炭清洁利用类型,大部分适合用于气化用煤及以气化为基础的间接液化用煤,西北部小范围具有直接液化用煤潜力;原煤洁净等级为Ⅲ级,属较好洁净煤;浮煤洁净等级为Ⅱ级,属好洁净煤.
Discussion on the Coal Quality Characteristics and Green Utilization of No.5#Coal Seam in Wangwa Mining Area
By comprehensively sorting out the coal quality data of the coal resources in Wangwa Mining area,aiming to promote the clean and efficient utilization of high-quality coal resources in Wangwa Mining area,taking the No.5#coal seam of Yan'an Formation as the research object,using the data analysis of previous coal geological exploration combined with systematic sampling and testing.The corresponding coal quality characteristics of the coal seam are studied in detail.The coal seam of Wangwa mining area has the characteristics of high vitrinite content and low inertinite content,mainly low to ultra-low ash,medium-low sulfur,medium-high volatile,mainly long-flame coal and non-caking coal;According to the type of clean utilization of coal,most of the coal is suitable for gasification and indirect liquefaction based on gasification,a small scale in northwest has the potential of direct liquefaction;The clean grade of raw coal isⅢ,which is relativly clean coal.The clean grade of floating coal isⅡ,which belongs to good clean coal.
