Paleoenvironmental Analysis of Qinshui No.15 Li-rich Coal Based on the Characteristics of Coal Petrology,Coal Quality and Coal Facies
Taking No.15 lithium-rich coal in southeast Qinshui as the research object, the macroscopic characteristics of coal petrology, coal quality and coal facies are studied by means of microoptics and XRD.The results show that No.15 coal of Taiyuan Formation in southeast Qinshui is low moisture, low ash,low volatile and high sulfur poor coal. The macro-types of coal and rock are mainly semi-bright and semi-dark briquette.Vitrinite is the main component of the vitrinite, inertinite is the second, and exinite is rare. The inorganic macerals are dominated by clay minerals such as kaolinite, and minerals such as calcite, pyrite, quartz, siderite, gypsum and zircon can be found.No.15 coal was formed in the shoreline sedimentary system. The paleo-environment was mainly an open swamp facies with wet-shallow water cover and strong active water environment.Plant tissues are poorly preserved and plants are mainly aquatic or herbaceous; The environment of coal-forming peat bogs is less affected by groundwater and more affected by seawater, and the provenance is diversified.
