摘要

国内外针对泥浆流动特性的研究很多,但截至目前尚未形成关于泥浆流动特性的统一标准,为研究固废浆体流动特性,使其能够更好地应用到盐矿采空区充填现场,对废弃制浆材料开展了物理参数试验、一维沉降柱试验、直剪试验,提出了适用于盐矿采空区充填材料及充填泥浆的选择标准.通过多种试验方法最终确定了配制充填泥浆所用的细料和粗骨料的来源、成分以及粒径大小.

Abstract

There are many studies on the flow characteristics of mud at home and abroad,but up to now,there is no unified standard for the flow characteristics of mud.In order to study the flow characteristics of solid waste slurry and better apply it to the filling site of salt mine goaf,physical parameter tests,one-dimensional settlement column tests,and direct shear tests were conducted on waste slurry materials.Selection standards for filling materials and mud in salt mine goaf were proposed.The source,composition,and particle size of the fine and coarse aggregates used for preparing the filling slurry were ultimately determined through various experimental methods.
