基于数值模拟分析的煤场软土地基处理

东南沿海地基软土地基处理对各类建设工程至关重要.为控制工后沉降,保障沿海大面积堆场地基稳定性和安全性,开展堆场地基处理及投产后加荷过程中沉降变形与数值模拟研究.以舟山某燃煤发电厂煤场地基处理工程为例,对天然地基、塑料排水板堆载预压法地基处理的沉降量进行了计算,并利用有限元软件PLAXIS 2D对堆载下的地基稳定进行分析.研究结果表明,煤场如采用天然地基在堆煤作用下,工后沉降大,固结沉降时间长,地基处理应尽早进行;煤场采用真空联合堆载预压排水固结的方式进行地基处理,可有效改善地基沉降问题.
Soft Soil Foundation Treatment of Coal Yard Based on Numerical Simulation Analysis
The treatment of soft soil foundation in the southeast coastal area is crucial for various construction projects.To control post construction settlement and ensure the stability and safety of large-scale coastal yard foundations,research on settlement deformation and numerical simulation during yard foundation treatment and post production loading process is carried out.Taking the foundation treatment project of a coal-fired power plant in Zhoushan as an example,the settlement of natural foundation and foundation treatment based on plastic drainage plate preloading method was calculated,and the stability of the foundation under pile load was analyzed using the finite element software PLAXIS 2D.The research results indicate that if natural foundations are used in coal yards under the action of coal stacking,the post construction settlement is large and the consolidation settlement time is long.Therefore,foundation treatment should be carried out as soon as possible.The method of vacuum build-up charge combination preloading for foundation treatment is adopted in coal yard,which can effectively improve the problem of foundation settlement.
