Research on Groundwater Reservoir Characteristics of Damaged Surrounding Rock in the Goaf Area of Lingxin Coal Mine in Ningxia
The goaf after the completion of coal mining has the advantage of constructing underground reservoirs, and the water conductivity characteristics of the overlying damaged rock are one of the core technologies for the construction of underground reservoirs in coal mines. Taking Lingxin coal mine as the research object, this study conducts in-depth research on the porosity of damaged surrounding rock in the goaf of the north wing of the first mining area of Lingxin coal mine through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and field experiments. Based on the lithological classification and strength characteristics of the upper three zones of Lingxin coal mine, the maximum caving zone heights of the 15# and 16# coal seams were determined to be 15.3m and 11.26m,respectively. The 3D-DDA numerical simulation method was used to determine the morphological characteristics of the caving zones and water conducted zones in Lingxin coal mine. The porosity of the caving zones was calculated to be about 0.201 and the porosity of the water conduced zones was 0.086 using image comparison method. According to the water storage space and storage coefficient of the underground reservoir in Lingxin coal mine, the total storage capacity is calculated to be 4396900m3. This research method provides theoretical methods and technical guidance for the resource utilization and reuse of coal mine goaf.
