潞安矿区覆岩离层注浆目标关键层研究

覆岩离层注浆是系统性工程,其质量取决于每个环节的认真研究与科学运行,而关键层判断与注浆充填层位确定是其中的关键环节.通过潞安矿区多项离层注浆工程的实施,发现存在有些时候、有些矿区关键层判断失误、注浆层位选择不当、注浆过程控制失策等问题.为减小项目立项的盲目性,提供离层注浆的可行性参考,在研究潞安矿区部分离层注浆项目的基础上,确定了注浆低位距3号煤顶板至少为25倍煤厚、注浆高位取基岩风化带底板埋深与0.3倍煤层埋深二者的较大值;分析了注浆目标关键层一般为层厚6m以上的砂岩或砂岩组,位于古生界上二叠统上石盒子组,标志层K10砂岩与K12砂岩之间.根据离层注浆理论与工程实践,建议位于Ⅰ、Ⅳ区的回采工作面采用单层位离层注浆充填技术,位于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ区的回采工作面采用多层位离层注浆充填技术.
Research on the Key Layers of Grouting Target for Overburden Abscission Layer in Lu'an Mining Area
The overburden abscission layer grouting is a systematic engineering,and its quality depends on the careful research and scientific operation of each link,among which the determination of key layers and grouting filling layer are key links. Through the implementation of multiple abscission layer grouting projects in the Lu'an mining area,it has been found that there are sometimes errors in the judgment of key layers in some mining areas,improper selection of grouting layers,and inadequate control of the grouting process. In order to reduce the blindness of project initiation and provide feasibility reference for abscission layer grouting,based on the study of some abscission layer grouting projects in the Lu'an mining area,it was determined that the grouting low position should be at least 25 times the coal thickness from the roof of coal seam 3,and the grouting high position should be taken as the larger of the depth of the bedrock weathering zone floor and 0.3 times the coal seam depth. It is analyzed that the key layer for grouting targets is generally sandstone or sandstone formations with a layer thickness of more than 6m. It mainly occurs in the Upper Shihezi Formation of the Paleozoic Permian,between the K10 and K12 sandstone in the key layer. According to the theory and engineering practice of abscission layer grouting,it is recommended to use single-layer abscission layer grouting filling technology for the mining faces located in zones Ⅰ and Ⅳ,and multi-layer abscission layer grouting filling technology for the mining faces located in zones Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅴ.
