Stability Evaluation of the Site after Grouting Treatment in Deep Strip Goaf
In order to accurately analyze and evaluate the stability of the site after grouting treatment in the deep strip goaf, and ensure the safety of the goaf site and engineering construction, based on the deep strip goaf treatment project of Daizhuang coal mine in Jining, the probability integral method, numerical calculation, and on-site monitoring are comprehensively used to quantitatively analyze the surface deformation law of the goaf before and after grouting treatment, and the stability of the goaf site is evaluated accordingly. The research results indicate that the surface subsidence of the deep strip type incomplete mining goaf is gentle during the mining period, but the residual deformation is large in later, which has a significant impact on the subsequent construction on the surface. To ensure the safety of newly constructed high-rise buildings, grouting treatment is required. After grouting and filling treatment, the probability integral method and numerical calculation analysis were used to predict the maximum residual subsidence of the project area after construction, which is 2~16 mm,and the maximum residual inclination value of the surface is 0.06 mm/m. Compared with the untreated condition, the subsidence reduction rate reached 94%,verifying the good effect of grouting treatment. Based on the characteristics and deformation amount of surface movement in the goaf, the site is comprehensively evaluated as a stable site that meets the requirements for high-rise building construction.
