Objective To analyze the relationship between D-dimer,fibrinogen positive results and clinic path-ological features and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients. Methods Three hundred and eighteen NSCLC patients, who were admitted in Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,were selected as NSCLC group, and 100 healthy individuals, who underwent physical exami-nation during the same period, were selected as control group.D-dimer and fibrinogen tests were conducted to compare the difference in positive rates of D-dimer and fibrinogen results between the two groups.Analyze re-lationship between positive results of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen and clinical pathological characteristics of patients.Analyze relationship between positive results of D-dimer and fibrinogen and the prognosis of patient based on follow-up.Results The positive rates of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen in NSCLC group were sig-nificantly higher than those in control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The posi-tive results of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen were correlated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and TNM staging in lung cancer patients(P<0.05).The mortality rate of patients with positive D-dimer and fi-brinogen results was significantly higher than that of patients with negative results, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive results of D-dimer and fibrinogen were related to the poor clinical and pathological features, such as tumor diameter≥3cm,lymph node metastasis, high TNM stage, and poor prognosis.Monitoring D-dimer and fibrinogen may help evaluate the severity of lung cancer and the prognosis of patients.
