巴曲酶治疗鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的疗效分析

目的 对巴曲酶治疗鼻咽癌放射治疗后分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效进行探讨.方法 选取该院2022年1月-2023年6月收治的58例(73耳)鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎患者.随机分成观察组(28例,36耳)和对照组(30例,37耳),其中观察组使用巴曲酶治疗,对照组使用曲安奈德治疗.二组治疗疗程均为3周,对两种治疗方法疗效、纯音听阈值和并发症发生率进行比较.结果 观察组经过1～3周的治疗后,相较于对照组听力恢复程度明显(P＜0.05);且观察组的总有效率更高(P＜0.05);疗程结束后,观察组的并发症发生率(16.67％)较对照组(40.54％)明显降低(P=0.038).结论 对鼻咽癌放疗后分泌性中耳炎的治疗,应用巴曲酶疗效显著,有临床应用前景.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical impact of batroxase in managing secretory otitis media fol-lowing radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,fifty eight pa-tients(73 ears)with secretory otitis media after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Tangshan Peo-ple's Hospital were selected as research objects.According to different therapeutic regimens,they were divided into observation group(28 patients,36 ears)and control group(30 patients,37 ears)by random.Observation group were treated with batroxase and control group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide.The clinical ef-ficacy,pure tone hearing threshold and complications were compared after treatment.Results Observation group showed significantly higher hearing recovery after 1～3 weeks of treatment compared to control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,observation group had a higher total effective rate compared to control group,and this difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After undergoing treatment,the percentage of complica-tions in observation group(16.67％)was found to be significantly lower than that of control group(40.54％)(P=0.030).Conclusion Batroxase has demonstrated effectiveness in treatment of otitis media following ra-diotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,making it a valuable option for clinical practice
