摘要
目的 了解2020-2022年鄂尔多斯市人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)疫苗接种情况,为推广HPV疫苗接种项目提供科学依据.方法 研究对象为2020-2022年在鄂尔多斯市定点医疗机构免费及自费接种HPV疫苗的适龄女性,通过鄂尔多斯市预防接种信息系统收集研究对象HPV疫苗接种情况,使用Excel 2016软件对数据进行整理分析,计算疫苗累计首针接种率.结果2020-2022年共有106 941人完成了 HPV疫苗首针接种,接种二价HPV疫苗的人数占87.37％.HPV疫苗的累计首针接种率为21.49％,未成年女性(9～18岁)的累计首针接种率为34.43％,成年女性(19～45岁)的累计首针接种率为18.41％o鄂尔多斯市9个旗(区)中接种率排名前3的依次为康巴什区、准格尔旗、达拉特旗,HPV疫苗累计首针接种率分别为31.17％、26.13％、25.58％.结论 鄂尔多斯市是全国首个开展免费接种HPV疫苗试点工作的地区,该地区2020-2022年适龄女性的HPV疫苗接种率上升,HPV疫苗接种试点工作的开展有利于消除宫颈癌目标的实现.
Abstract
Objective To understand the vaccination condition of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine in Ordos city from 2020 to 2022,and provide the scientific basis for promoting HPV vaccination program.Methods The females with appropriate age,receiving free HPV vaccine or at their own expense from 2020 to 2022 served as the subjects.The HPV vaccination condition of subjects was collected by Ordos city preventive vaccination information system.The data were sorted and analyzed using Excel 2016 software.Cumulative rate of first vaccine was calculated.Results From 2020 to 2022,a total of 106 941 subjects completed the first-dose HPV vaccine,and 87.37％received the bivalent HPV vaccine.The cumulative first-dose vaccination rate for HPV vaccine was 21.49％,the vaccination rates of adolescent females(9-18 years old)and adult females(19-45 years old)were 34.43％and 18.41％,respectively.Among the 9 flags(districts),Kangbashi district,Junge Banner and Dalat Banner ranked the top 3 in order,and the cumulative first-dose injection vaccination rates of HPV vaccine were 31.17％,26.13％and 25.58％,respectively.Conclusion Ordos,as the first place in China to carry out free HPV vaccine pilot work,has elevated the HPV vaccination rate among females with appropriate age.The pilot of HPV vaccination is conducive to the goal of eliminating cervical cancer.
