Study on the construction of evaluation indicator system for health units
Objective To construct an evaluation indicator system for health units,and provide a basis for assessing the health services of enterprises and institutions in China.Methods The indicator system for health units was constructed through literature analysis,focus group discussions,and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.The experts'enthusiasm,authority level,and opinion coordination degree were used to test the reliability of the expert consultation.Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0.Results The authority level of experts participating in the Delphi consultations was 0.88.The positive degree levels of experts in the first and second rounds of consultations were 90.48％and 100.00％,respectively.The Kendall's W values for the two rounds were 0.14 and 0.25,respectively(P＜0.05).The final evaluation indicator system for health units includes five dimensions:health policy,health environment,health management,health culture and health population,comprising 15 secondary indicators and 25 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The constructed evaluation indicator system for health units has high consistency and reliability,providing a basis for evaluating the health services of enterprises and institutions in China.
