中国大学生体育健康素养评价指标体系构建

目的 构建适合中国大学生的体育健康素养评价指标体系,为有针对性地在大学生中开展有效和科学的体育健康教育提供科学依据.方法 在文献调研和专题小组讨论基础上,初步形成三级评价指标体系并设计德尔菲咨询表.遴选21位来自全国从事高等教育、体育、卫生领域研究的资深工作者组成专家小组,采用德尔菲专家咨询法共完成3轮咨询.用SPSS 24.0软件进行数据统计分析,分别使用问卷回收率、专家权威系数(Cr)、Kendall's W系数和变异系数(CV)对德尔菲专家咨询结果的可靠性进行评价,依据专家对每项指标打分的平均分对各指标的重要性和可行性进行评价.结果 3轮专家咨询表均全部回收且有效,问卷有效回收率为100%.3轮咨询的Cr分别为0.844、0.848和0.854,咨询结果可靠.第3轮咨询指标重要性协调系数和可行性协调系数分别为0.243和0.21 1(P<0.01),3轮咨询变异系数均小于25%,意见具有较好的一致性.最终构建包含4个一级指标(信息获取、信息理解、信息评价、信息应用)、8个二级指标(体育健康知识获取、体育健康技能获取、体育健康知识理解、体育健康行为理解、体育健康行为评价、体育健康品德评价、体育健康技能应用、体育健康品德应用)和33个三级指标的大学生体育健康素养评价指标体系.结论 该研究通过德尔菲法构建的大学生体育健康素养评价指标体系可靠、客观,较为全面,对于在大学生中开展针对性的体育健康教育,进而提升大学生体质健康水平具有重要意义.
Construction of the evaluation index system of sports health literacy for Chinese college students
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of sports health literacy suitable for Chinese college students,and provide the scientific basis for targeted effective and scientific physical education and health education among college students.Methods On the basis of literature research and thematic group discussion,the three-level evaluation index system was initially formed and the Delphi consultation table was designed.A total of 21 senior workers from all around the country engaged in higher education,sports and health research formed an expert group,three rounds of consultation were completed using the Delphi expert consultation method.The reliability of Delphi expert consultation results was evaluated using questionnaire recovery,expert authority coefficient(Cr),Kendall's W coefficient and coefficient of variation(CV).The importance and feasibility of each index were evaluated according to the average score of each index.The used software was SPSS 24.0.Results All three rounds of expert consultation forms were collected and valid,the effective response rate of the questionnaire was 100%.The Cr values in the three rounds of consultation were 0.844,0.848 and 0.854,respectively;the results of the consultation were reliable.The coordination coefficient of importance and feasibility in the round 3 consultation indicators were 0.243 and 0.211,respectively(P<0.01),the CV of the 3 consultation rounds was less than 25%,the opinions had a good consistency.Finally,college students'sports health literacy evaluation index system contained four primary indexes(information acquisition,information understanding,information evaluation,information application),eight secondary indicators(sports health knowledge acquisition,sports health skills acquisition,sports health knowledge understanding,sports health behavior understanding,sports health behavior evaluation,sports health moral evaluation,sports health skills application,sports health character application)and 33 tertiary indicators were constructed.Conclusion The evaluation index system based on Delphi method in the study is reliable,objective and comprehensive.It is of great significance to carry out the targeted physical health education among college students and then improve the physical health level of college students.
