摘要
动脉粥样硬化(AS)作为一种慢性炎症性疾病,其发病率逐年上升,严重危害人类健康.调节性T细胞是一种有着抑制免疫作用的独特的T细胞亚群,近年大量研究显示调节性T细胞在AS发展中有着重要作用.本文围绕调节性T细胞的特性及其与AS的联系进行论述,以期为AS治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
As a chronic inflammatory disease,incidence of atherosclerosis(AS)is increasing year by year,which seriously endangers human health.Regulatory T cells are unique subset of T cells with immunosuppressive effects.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that regulatory T cells play an important role in development of AS.This article focuses on characteris-tics of regulatory T cells and their relationship with AS,in order to provide new ideas for treatment of AS.
