摘要
中国科学技术大学研究生课程"免疫学技术原理与应用"摒弃了传统实验技术课程的教学方式,以学生的需求为出发点,注重对学生科研道德和科研作风的培养.在课程设计上,突出课程的完整性和连续性,围绕一个主题,通过专业文献介绍不同实验的原理和应用,培养学生的逻辑思维和实验设计能力.通过课程的学习,帮助学生迅速适应科研氛围,并积极引导学生树立正确的科研观念和道德标准,教授规范的科研方法,培养良好的科研素质和严谨的逻辑思维,从而为学生未来的科研道路打下坚实的基础.
Abstract
The graduate course"Principles and Applications of Immunological Technology"at the University of Science and Technology of China abandons the traditional teaching ways of experimental technology courses and focuses on the cultivation of stu-dents'research ethics and styles based on their needs.In the course design,emphasis should be placed on the continuity of the course,and introduces the principles and applications of different experiments through published articles focusing on a single theme to cultivate students'logical thinking and experimental design abilities.The study of the course helps students to quickly adapt the research environment,and guides them to establish correct research concepts and moral standards.The course also teaches standar-dized experimental methods that cultivate good research qualities and rigorous logical thinking,and lays a solid foundation for their future research path.
