MFG-E8调节小胶质细胞功能的研究进展

小胶质细胞是中枢神经系统(CNS)中的常驻免疫细胞,在CNS生理和病理下均扮演着重要角色,可被多种理化因素激活产生促炎表型(M1型)和抗炎表型(M2型).乳脂球表皮生长因子8(MFG-E8)与小胶质细胞生物学功能密切联系,可调节小胶质细胞在CNS相关疾病中发挥促进吞噬、抗炎、抑制氧化应激等神经保护作用,但同时调节细胞发挥促肿瘤效应,进而影响疾病的转归.本文就靶向MFG-E8调节小胶质细胞功能的作用展开综述,为今后寻找CNS相关治疗靶点提供依据.
Research progress on role of MFG-E8 in regulating function of microglia
Microglia are resident immune cells in the central nervous system(CNS),it play an important role in both physio-logical and pathological conditions of the CNS,and can be activated by a variety of physicochemical factors to produce pro-inflammato-ry phenotype(M1 type)and anti-inflammatory phenotype(M2 type).Milk fat globule epidermal growth factor 8(MFG-E8)is closely related to the biological function of microglia,which can regulate microglia neuroprotective effects such as promoting phagocytosis,anti-inflammatory,and inhibiting oxidative stress in CNS related diseases.It also regulates microglia pro-tumor effect,which in turn affects the outcome of the disease.This article reviews the role of targeting MFG-E8 in regulating the function of microglia,and provides a basis for finding therapeutic targets for CNS related diseases in the future.
