奥地利社会民主党视域中的民族主义和社会主义——兼评"民族文化自治"理论

摘要
奥地利社会民主党是欧洲社会主义力量中较早关注民族问题的政党,他们面对的不仅是多民族国家纷繁的民族冲突,还必须保证社会主义运动的团结统一,该党的"布隆决议"是用社会主义方法化解民族矛盾的有益尝试.卡尔·伦纳和奥托·鲍威尔是奥地利社会民主党的民族理论专家,伦纳开启了"民族文化自治"的基本框架,鲍威尔对其进行了社会主义的改造,使之成为勾连社会主义事业的重要通道.但是,民族文化自治纲领终究是一种"精巧"的民族主义形式,它违背了马克思主义的基本要旨,偏离了科学社会主义的正确方向,给奥地利社会民主党、欧洲社会主义运动,甚至世界社会主义事业造成了重大损失.
Abstract
The Austrian Social Democratic Party is an old European party concerned with national issues among the European socialist countries.It faced numerous national conflicts in multi-ethnic countries,ensuring theunity of the socialist movements.The"Brü nn program"of the party was a major attempt to resolve such problems in a socialist framework.Karl Renner formulated the basic framework of"national cultural autonomy",which was transformed by Otto Bauer into an important channel connecting the socialist causes from various countries.However,the program of national cultural autonomy was ultimately a"delicate"form of nationalism,which violated the basic tenor of Marxism and deviated from the correct path of scientific socialism.It has caused great losses to the ASDP,the European socialist movement,and even the socialist cause around the globe.
