"自发"与"外助"之间——成都市"民族文化用品一条街"经商群体城市融入研究

摘要
本文以成都市内"民族文化用品一条街"为田野调查点,研究在此经营民族文化用品的流动群体(生意人).研究发现,在党的政策关怀与市场经济环境下,大量民族地区流动个体进入城市社区,依据市场需求经商创业,获得长期稳定的经济回报.他们的经济行为与日常生活,自发地与周边群体交往交流交融,成为个体"自发式"融入城市的驱动力.同时,"民族文化用品一条街"的基层社区也为大量多民族流动个体聚集、聚居现象担当"核心角色",建立起来各类具有"外助"效果的制度,助力流动个体融入社会.上述两种融入体现在经商群体的经商活动和日常生活交往交流中,最终形成个体"自发式"和政府"外助型"双轨融入实践.这种双轨融入体系同时运行,"自发"形成认同,"外助"达成共识,两者相辅相成,相互支持,是我国多民族城市社区交往交流交融理论的实践表现,更是铸牢中华民族共同体意识在实践层面的内化与提升.
Abstract
This paper takes the"Ethnic Culture Goods Street"in Chengdu as a field work place to study the mobile group of ethnic cultural commodity operators(merchants).The study finds that under the policies and the market economy environment,a large number of mobile individuals from ethnic areas enter city communities and engage in business and entrepreneurship based on market demand,obtaining stable economic returns in the long term.This provides an endogenous driving force for their voluntary integration into city communities,facilitating the"spontaneous"integration of mobile individuals into the city.Meanwhile,grassroots communities also play a"core role"in the gathering and settlement of a large number of multi-ethnic mobile individuals,establishing various systems to"facilitate"the integration of external mobile individuals into society.These processes are reflected in their business activities and daily life interactions,ultimately forming a dual-track integration practice of individual"spontaneous"and government"facilitated"types.This dual-track integration system operates simultaneously,complementing and supporting each other.The process from the livelihood establishment to the integration into the city for mobile individuals in city communities demonstrates the practical characteristics of"dual-track integration".This is the practical manifestation of the theory of interaction and integration of multi-ethnic city communities in China,and also the internalization and enhancement of the consciousness of the Chinese nation's community at the practical level.
