“宫衣净”酊剂治疗奶牛胎衣不下临床试验报告

摘要
“宫衣净”酊剂具有活血化瘀功效，主要用于促进奶牛产后胎衣按时排出、净化子宫、加快子宫复旧。本试验应用“宫衣净”酊剂对18例胎衣不下患牛进行治疗，观察效果以及对繁殖性能的影响。结果显示，产后8h灌服“宫衣净”酊剂，24h胎衣排出总有效率为94.44%，治愈的牛正常发情12头，占85.71%，发情牛受孕率100%。“宫衣净”酊剂对奶牛胎衣不下的治疗效果比较显著，是较为理想的中兽药新制剂。
Abstract
Gongyijing tincture with an effect of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis can promote the afterbirth discharge and clean the uterus as well as speed up postpartum uterine involution.A total of 18 cows with placental retention were treated in the experiment. The results showed that 800 mL Gongyijing tincture were administered by intragastric administration in 8 hours after delivery, then once every 6 hours, total effective rate of afterbirth discharge was 94.44%in 24 hours, 12 cows (85.71%) were normal estrous and pregnant after healing. Therefore, Gongyijing tincture is a new ideal preparation to treat placental retention of dairy cows.
