Application and Relevant Researches on X and Y Sperm Separation in Dairy Cattle
Under natural conditions, the ratio of male to female was 1: 1, but the milk production traits were related to sex. Therefore, it is very important to control the sex of the cattle by artiifcial method. In this paper, the application and research progress of X and Y sperm separation technology are described. Now the main separation method of dairy cattle semen was flow cytometry, and is widely used in dairy cattle production.
