The Analysis of Fatty Acid Content in Milk of Chinese Holstein in Beijing Area
In the present study, we detected the fatty acid concentrations in the milk of Chinese holstein in the Beijing area, pretreated by a method using acetyl chloride and methanol. The results showed that the method had good repeatability. Total of 22 kinds of fatty acid components were detected and the C16:0, C18:1cis, C18:0, C14:0 and C18:2cis fatty acids was given priority to the milk, the sum of the ifve kinds of fatty acid was more than 80%, the C16:0, the highest of the total fatty acids, accounted for 34%.
