北京地区荷斯坦牛生乳中脂肪酸含量的分析

本试验采用乙酰氯-甲醇甲酯化法对生乳进行前处理,经气相色谱法分析了北京地区荷斯坦牛生乳中的脂肪酸含量。试验结果显示:该方法具有良好的重复性。经检测,北京地区荷斯坦牛生乳中脂肪酸含量较高的脂肪酸组分共22种,以C16:0、C18:1cis、C18:0、C14:0及C18:2cis为主,这5种脂肪酸的含量之和超过了80%,其中含量最高的脂肪酸为C16:0,约占总脂肪酸含量的34%。
The Analysis of Fatty Acid Content in Milk of Chinese Holstein in Beijing Area
In the present study, we detected the fatty acid concentrations in the milk of Chinese holstein in the Beijing area, pretreated by a method using acetyl chloride and methanol. The results showed that the method had good repeatability. Total of 22 kinds of fatty acid components were detected and the C16:0, C18:1cis, C18:0, C14:0 and C18:2cis fatty acids was given priority to the milk, the sum of the ifve kinds of fatty acid was more than 80%, the C16:0, the highest of the total fatty acids, accounted for 34%.
