Research Progress on Physiological Function of Mannan Oligosaccharide and Application in Ruminants
As a new green antibiotic substitute,mannose oligosaccharide(MOS)is widely used in livestock and poultry.The physical and chemical properties,physiological functions and application of MOS in ruminants were studied in this paper.Adding MOS to the diet can improve the proliferation of beneficial bacteria,inhibit intestinal pathogens,enhance animal immunity,etc.As a green feed additive,MOS has great application prospects in ruminants.
