本文以生乳的气味为主要研究对象.通过对奶牛场生产过程中数据的研究和分析,对奶牛场的整个生产过程进行跟踪,检测出异常气味牛奶中的差异代谢产物.目的是阐明牛奶异味的概念、原因和解决方案,从而为减少乳制品生产中异常奶味和异味的发生提供依据.
Analysis on the Management and Control of Raw Milk Smell
This study focuses on the odor of raw milk as the main research object.Through research and analysis of data in the production process of dairy farms,the entire production process of dairy farms is tracked,and differential metabolites in milk with abnormal odor are detected.The aim is to clarify the concept,causes,preventive measures,and treatment plans of abnormal milk odor.Thus providing a basis for reducing the occurrence of abnormal milk taste and odor in dairy production.
