Isolation,Identification and Drug Resistance Analysis of Mastitis Pathogenic Bacteria froma Large-scale Dairy Farm in Hunan Province
To ascertain the pathogenic species and drug resistance of clinical dairy mastitis in a large-scale dairy farm in Hunan,32 clinical-type dairy mastitis samples were subjected to traditional bacterial culture, biochemical tests,16S rDNA nucleotide sequence detection and drug sensitivity tests. The results showed that a total of 23 strains of E.coli,12 strains of Streptococcus udder and 5 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated and identified without duplication, and the detection rates of the samples were 71.9%(23/32),37.5%(12/32)and 15.6%(5/32),respectively.The drug sensitivity tests showed that most of the E.coli and Streptococcus udder were resistant to penicillin, amoxicillin, ceftazidime, gentamicin and lincomycin serious, resistance rate of 50%~86.9%,to imipenem, tetracycline and erythromycin more sensitive, sensitivity rate of 75%~82.6%.The Klebsiella pneumoniae to most antibiotics bacteria resistance degree is low,to imipenem, amikacin, tetracycline, erythromycin sensitivity rate of 100%.It is suggested that the farm should grasp environmental hygiene, improve biosecurity, and establish a scientific and reasonable treatment plan.
