Research Progress on Comparative Studies on the Quality of Raw Milk between Cow,Goat and East Friesian Sheep
The paper summarized the contents of basic substances(such as solids,proteins)and functional substances(such as unsaturated fatty acid)in the milk of east friesian sheep,and compared their nutritional composition with that of cow milk and goat milk.The prospect of east friesian sheep milk was prospected and suggested.
