Bioinformatics Analysis of Differentially Expressed Genes of Pathogenic Dacteria of Dairy Cow Mastitis Based on GEO Database
The aim of this experiment was to screen the differentexpression genes(DEGs)associated with pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis and analyze their mechanism of action. The gene chip dataset GSE25413,which is closely related to the pathogenic bacteria of dairy cow mastitis, was screened from the gene expression database(GEO)and analyzed by gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG).The combined String database constructs the Protein Interaction Network(PPI)in Cytoscape software and screens out the major key genes. The results showed that 127 differentially expressed genes were screened in the GSE25413 dataset, including 49 up-regulated genes and 78 down-regulated genes.A total of 450 functional annotations were obtained by GO analysis, mainly related to inflammation and hypoxia response.A total of 446 signaling pathways were obtained from KEGG pathway, which mainly involved cancer pathway, tumor necrosis factor and other signaling pathways.Ten key genes, including IL-6,IL-1B,VEGFA and CXCL8,were screened by PPI interaction network. The key genes obtained by screening can be used as potential molecular markers for early diagnosis and selection of clinical treatment targets for dairy cow mastitis, and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of dairy cow mastitis.
