有机双子硅表面活性剂在乳头前药浴液中的应用

摘要
对一种新型有机双子硅表面活性剂乳头前药浴液进行凝聚性能测试、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌灭菌测试,及挤奶前乳房细菌杀灭效果测试.结果表明,该新型前药浴液在奶牛乳头上具有良好的凝聚不滴落性能,相比某市售产品,具有更好的杀菌性能,且在奶牛挤奶前的使用效果更加出色.综上,该新型前药浴液不仅能减少使用量,而且具有良好的杀菌性能.
Abstract
A new type of silicone Gemini surfactant pre-medicated bath was prepared and tested for coagulation performance,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli sterilization,and bactericidal effect of breast bacteria before and after milking.The results showed that the new promedicated bath had good condensation and non-dripping performance on the milk teats,and had better bactericidal performance than the commercially available products,and the effect was more excellent before and after milking.In conclusion,the new promedicated bath can not only reduce the amount of use,but also has good bactericidal properties and use safety.
