摘要
牛结节性皮肤病(Lumpy skin disease,LSD)是由牛结节性皮肤病病毒(Lumpy skin disease virus,LSDV)引起的牛和野生动物的经济型传染病,现今已成为一种新兴的跨界动物疫病.目前,LSD无特效药,疫苗免疫是防控该病的唯一经济有效途径.根据LSD疫苗的发展历程,本文概述了弱毒活疫苗、灭活疫苗、重组疫苗的使用情况和研究进展,旨在为研制安全有效的LSD疫苗及疫病防控提供新思路.
Abstract
Lumpy skin disease(LSD)is an economic infectious disease of cattle and wild animals caused by Lumpy skin disease virus(LSDV),which has become a new transfrontier animal disease.At present,there is no specific drug for LSD,and vaccination is the only cost-effective way to prevent and control the disease.According to the development of LSD vaccines,this paper summarizes the use and research progress of attenuated live vaccines,inactivated vaccines and recombinant vaccines,in order to provide new ideas for the development of safe and effective LSD vaccines and the prevention and control of epidemics.
