摘要
为了适应国家、行业和企业发展对人才的需求,本文针对奶牛生产实训课程存在的不足,构建了TPC(Teaching教学、Practice实践、Competition竞赛)一体化教学模式(简称TPC模式),旨在促进理论教学与生产实践相结合、技能培养与企业需求相结合、课程考核与竞赛比拼相结合,激发学生学习兴趣,夯实教学效果,促进学生成长成才.
Abstract
In order to adapt to the demand for talents for the development of the country,industry and enterprises,the teaching mode of teaching,practice and competition(TPC)is constructed according to the shortcomings of Dairy Cows Production Training course.The purpose is to promote the combination of theory teaching and production practice,skill training and enterprise needs,course assessment and competition,stimulate interest in learning,consolidate teaching effect,and promote students'growth and success.
