西方奶牛进入中国时间初探
A Study on the Time of Western Dairy Cattle Entering China

奶牛是当今世界重要的畜种,养殖奶牛发达的地区大多集中在西方国家,目前学术界对于中国出现西方奶牛的大致时间确定为19世纪中叶,但是,经过笔者对清朝开海以来,在广州进行贸易的西方侨民所留下来的文字资料和图画资料进行搜集整理,发现西方奶牛进入中国的时间不晚于19世纪上叶,且与广州十三行贸易有密切关系.
Abstract
Dairy cows are important livestock and poultry in the world today,and most of the developed areas for dairy farming are concentrated in Western countries.Currently,the academic community has determined that the ap-proximate time for the emergence of Western dairy cows in China is in the mid-19th century.However,after collect-ing and organizing the written and pictorial materials left by Western immigrants who traded in Guangzhou since the Qing Dynasty,it is found that Western dairy cows entered China no later than the first half of the 19th century,There is a close relationship with the trade of Guangzhou Thirteen Factories.
