为优化硫酸头孢喹肟乳房注入剂(干乳期)的稳定性,改善其制剂工艺,本研究在筛选配伍辅料的基础上,以沉降体积比、再分散和流动性为考察指标,通过正交试验,优选出注射用大豆油为制剂溶剂,稳定剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯,助悬剂为羧甲基纤维素钠,抗氧化剂为BHT,其辅料配比量最优为3%、3%、0.2%,制备出硫酸头孢喹肟触变流体油凝胶剂.与市售同类产品比较,本改良制剂黏度较好,粒度分散均一,稳定性好,有效改善了硫酸头孢喹肟乳房注入剂(干乳期)的制剂工艺.
Study on the Preparation of Celquinome Sulfate Intramammary Infusion(Dry Cow)
In order to improve the stability of Cefquinoxime Sulfate intramammary infusion(dry cow),the preparation process of Cefquinoxime Sulfate intramammary infusion was improved.In this study,based on the screening of formulated excipients,through orthogonal test,soybean oil for injection as the solvent of the formulation,and the optimal proportioning amounts of 3%,3%and 0.2%were preferred to the stabilizer as glycerol monostearate,the suspending aid sodium carboxymethylcellulose as well as the antioxidant BHT using the indicators of sedimentation volume ratio,re-dispersion and flowability examination,and the preparation of cefquinome sulfate thixotropic fluid oil gel was prepared.Compared with similar products in the market,this improved preparation has better viscosity,more uniform particle size dispersion,good stability,and can effectively improve the preparation process of Cefquinoxime Sulfate intramammary infusion(dry cow).
