乳房炎患牛的产奶量、牛奶质量等均会急速下降,严重影响奶牛场的经济效益,进而限制奶牛业的发展,被众多养殖者所关注.近年来随着分子生物学研究的不断深入,奶牛乳房炎的抗性育种迅速发展,为奶牛乳房炎的防治提供了新思路.本文介绍了乳房炎的危害及影响因素,并针对TLR4、ITGB2、CD4、IL-8、CXCR1、LF、NCF4、CD14等乳房炎抗性基因展开介绍,希望能够为乳房炎的防治提供参考.
Abstract
The milk yield and milk quality of cows with mastitis will decline rapidly,seriously affecting the economic benefits of dairy farms,and then limiting the development of dairy industry,which is concerned by many breeders.In recent years,with the deepening of molecular biology research,the breeding of resistance to cow mastitis has developed rapidly,which provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of cow mastitis.This article introduces the harm and influencing factors of mastitis,and introduces the resistance genes of TLR4,ITGB2,CD14,IL-8,CXCR1,LF,NCF4,etc.,hoping to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of mastitis.
