摘要

胍基乙酸储存稳定性要高于肌酸,在动物体内经转甲基作用生成肌酸,在牛和羊上具有增强消化功能,促进肌肉生成和改善肌肉品质,抗氧化等多种生物学作用,是优秀的促生长类饲料添加剂.本文综述了胍基乙酸的物理性质、添加形式、生物学作用及在牛和羊营养上的研究进展,以期为胍基乙酸在牛和羊生产中的应用提供理论和实践参考.

Abstract

The storage stability of guanidinoacetic acid is higher than creatine,creatine is produced by transmethylation in animals,and has various biological effects in cattle and sheep,such as enhancing digestive function,promoting muscle generation and improving muscle quality,antioxidant and so on.It is an excellent feed additive for promoting growth.In this paper,the physical properties,additive forms,biological functions and nutritional research progress of guanidinoacetic acid in cattle and sheep in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the application of guanidinoacetic acid in cattle and sheep production.
