河北省荷斯坦牛基因组选择遗传趋势分析

本文旨在通过对河北省2015-2022年出生的约1.5万头牛只基因组检测数据的整理,就综合性能指数(IPI)、净效益(NM)、产奶量、乳脂量、乳蛋白量、体细胞评分、生产寿命、女儿怀孕率、乳房结构、体高、体型等指标与国内均值进行比对分析.结果显示,2015-2022年,河北地区牛群IPI提高750,NM提高704美元;产奶量提高1 060磅,乳脂量提高59.83磅,乳蛋白量提高40.1磅;体细胞评分下降0.18,生产寿命提高4.15月,女儿怀孕率下降0.32个百分点;乳房结构提高1.81,体高提高0.51,体型总分提高1.35;各项指标随着年份而改善,遗传改良效果明显.
Genetic Trend Analysis of Genome Selection in Holstein Dairy Cows in Hebei Province
The objective of this study was to analyze the lgentity production index(IPI),net merit dollar(NM),milk yield,fat yieid,protein yieid,somatic cell score,productive life,daughter pregnancy rate,udder structure,body height and body size of approximately 15,000 cattle born in Hebei Province from 2015 to 2022 and compare them with the national average.The results revealed that the average IPI of cattle born in Hebei province in 2020 was 2098,which was 0.47% higher than the national average of 2088.Notably,the IPI for Hebei-born cattle reached its peak in 2022 at an impressive awerage of 2304,which was an annual growth rate of approximately 103 over the past three years.Moreover,in 2020,the average milk yield of Hebei-born cattle was 257,surpassing the national average by a substantial margin of 23.56% .In 2022,the average milk yield of Hebei born cattle reached 539,and the average milk yield increased by 141/year over the last three years.
