摘要
锌是动物机体中第二大微量元素,是机体多种酶的组成部分,也是重要的辅酶因子.其参与机体炎症反应、物质代谢、抗氧化等生命活动,在动物生长发育和健康上发挥重要的作用.本文主要综述锌对机体免疫力、抗氧化能力、调节菌群的作用以及在犊牛生产上的应用.
Abstract
Zinc is the second largest micronutrient in the animal body.Zinc is both a component of many enzymes and an important coenzyme,participates in the organism inflammation reaction,the material metabolism,the anti-oxidation and so on life activity,plays the vital role in the animal growth and the health.In this paper,the effects of zinc on immunity,anti-oxidation,regulation of bacteria and its application in calves were reviewed.
