Study on the Infulencing Factors of Milk Fat Percentage
In recent years,the dairy farming industry in China has developed rapidly,people pay attention to how to improve the quality of dairy cows while focusing on improving the milk yield.Milk fat is a kind of natural fat and a main nutritional component of milk.Milk fat percentage is an important index to evaluate milk quality.Therefore,the research hotspot of the industry has always been how to improve the milk fat rate.This article mainly expounds on the effects of genetic factors and non-genetic factors such as feeding environment,physiological status of dairy cows,and seasons on milk fat percentage,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of improving milk fat percentage.
