摘要
新疆具有发展驴乳产业得天独厚的优势条件.在新疆自贸区的设立及加快农业强区建设背景下,新疆特色驴乳产业迎来新的发展机遇.本文对近年来新疆驴乳全产业链发展现状进行梳理总结,发现新疆驴乳产业面临驴种质资源创新利用不足、泌乳性能不突出且质量参差不齐、规模化的饲养标准与规范缺失、高端驴乳产品开发程度低等瓶颈.鉴于此,本文从驴的种质资源、饲养繁殖及产业融合等方面提出了促进新疆特色驴乳业高质量发展的思路及对策.
Abstract
Xinjiang has unique advantages for the development of donkey milk industry.Under the background of the establishment of Xinjiang Free Trade Area,the post-epidemic era,and the advanced agricultural location of Xinjiang,the characteristic donkey milk industry will embrace new development opportunities.This paper summarizes the development status of the whole industrial chain in recent years,and finds some problems(e.g.insufficient innovative utilization of donkey breed resources,non-ideal lactation performance and uneven quality,lack of scale feeding standards,and insufficient development degree of high-end donkey milk products.In view of this,this paper put forward ideas and countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of Xinjiang characteristic donkey milk industry from the aspects of breeding and industrial convergence.
