为了解楚雄州牛布鲁氏菌病的血清流行病学情况,掌握流行趋势,本试验通过布鲁氏菌病虎红平板凝集试验进行初筛、试管凝集试验进行复核,对2017-2023年楚雄州全州10县(市)送检的23421份牛血清样品进行感染抗体检测,并从不同年份、不同养殖类型、不同县市等角度进行分析.结果显示,2017-2023年间布病阳性率呈上升态势,2019年达到高峰,之后开始下降,2021-2023年呈平稳下降趋势;规模户牛布病阳性率总体高于散养户(规模户0.99%,散养户0.08%);牛布病阳性率较高的前5个县市均为牛养殖密度较高的县市.结果表明,楚雄州牛布病流行整体呈现反弹上升趋势,牛布病阳性率(0.50%)达到国家控制标准(牛1.0%以下),但还高于国家稳定控制标准(牛0.2%以下),不规范引种是引起布病阳性的主要原因,楚雄州布鲁氏菌病防控形势仍然不容乐观.本调查为准确掌握楚雄州牛布鲁氏菌病的分布情况、判断流行趋势、因地制宜制定相关防控措施提供了参考.
Seroepidemiological Investigation of Cattle Brucellosis in Chuxiong Area from 2017 to 2023
In order to understand the serum epidemiology of cattle brucellosis in Chuxiong area from 2017-2023,23421 serum samples of cattle collected during 2017-2023 were tested by tiger red plate and tube agglutination test,and analyzed from different perspectives such as different years,breeding types,and counties.The results showed that the positive rate of brucellosis showed an upward trend from 2017 to 2023,reaching its peak in 2019 and then beginning to decline.Among different breeding types,the positive rate in scale farms was higher than that in free-range farms (0.99% in scale farm and 0.08% in free-range farm).The top five cities with high positive rate of cattle brucellosis are cities with high cattle breeding density.The results show that the positive rate of cattle brucellosis of Chuxiong reached the national control standard (below 1.0% for cattle),but it was still higher than the national stable control standard (below 0.2% for cattle).The cattle introduction in lack of standardization is the main reason for the positive brucellosis tests,and the situation of brucellosis prevention and control in Chuxiong is still not optimistic.This investigation provides a reference for accurately understanding the distribution of cattle brucellosis in Chuxiong,determining the epidemic trend,and scientifically and reasonably formulating relevant prevention and control strategies.
