Reflection on the Grassland Industry Issues in the Huang-huai-hai Area Caused by the 'Wheat silage'Incident——Taking Hebei Province as an Example
In order to find out the root cause of 'Wheat silage',and put forward a high-quality development path for the grass industry in huang-huai-hai region,taking Hebei province as an example,the author discussed the event of 'Wheat silage'from scientific evaluation and rational cognition,and analyzed its origin,the solutions and technical suggestions to prevent the recurrence of 'Wheat silage'were put forward.To foster the concept of 'greater food approach',to raise awareness of the forage industry,to co-ordinate the Relations of production of rations and meat and milk,to smooth the supply and marketing channels of various forage products,to develop cold-season forage,improve the forage grass production and supply technical system,fundamentally solve the spring and summer forage shortage contradiction,to avoid 'Wheat silage'again.
