奶牛生长性状关键候选基因研究进展

奶牛业是我国畜牧业的重要组成部分,研究奶牛性状的遗传基础可以提高奶牛的选育效率,为奶业以及畜牧业的可持续发展提供有力支撑.基因组选择技术作为新一代分子育种技术能实现"精确育种",能有效提高选育效率,缩短育种年限,被广泛应用于畜禽育种领域研究中.本文主要综述了潜在影响奶牛生长性状的6个功能基因,以期能为奶牛选种、选育提供一定的理论依据.
Research Progress of Key Candidate Genes for Growth Traits in Dairy Cows
Dairy cow is one of the important breeds of animal husbandry in China.Studying the genetic basis of dairy cow traits can improve the breeding efficiency of dairy cow and provide strong support for the sustainable development of animal husbandry.As a new generation of molecular breeding technology,genome selection technology can realize"precise breeding",effectively improve breeding efficiency,shorten breeding life,and is widely used in the field of livestock breeding.In this paper,six functional genes that potentially affect the growth traits of dairy cows were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for breeding and breeding of cattle.
