Treatment of multiple intracranial aneurysms with systemic lupus erythematosus with surface-modified flow diverter:a case report
Cases of multiple intracranial aneurysms with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)were rarely reported previously.Although the correlation between SLE and multiple intracranial aneurysms has not been clearly clarified,it is important to note that patients with SLE and intracranial aneurysms often carry a high risk of rapid growth and rupture. For patients with multiple aneurysms,it is crucial to assess the risk of rupture and determine the treatment strategy. Therefore, this article reported a case of using surface-modified flow diverter to treat multiple intracranial aneurysms with SLE,and reviewed relevant literatures, hoping to provide assistance to clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
