视网膜病变与脑小血管病相关性研究进展

摘要
脑小血管病(CSVD)是渐进性、年龄依赖性、血管性疾病,其进展可导致一系列病理改变.随着全球预期寿命的不断延长,CSVD的有效防治和进展预测日益受到重视.视网膜血管与脑血管的相似性为脑循环小血管改变可视化研究打开新的思路.作者对视网膜病变与CSVD相关性研究进展进行了综述.
Abstract
Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a progressive,age-dependent vascular disease,which can progress to a range of pathological changes.As life expectancy continues to increase globally,effective prevention and progression prediction of CSVD are becoming increasingly important.There are similarities between retina vessels and cerebral vessels,which opens up new research perspective for visualizing changes in cerebral circulation small vessels.The authors reviewed the research progress on the correlation between retinopathy and CSVD.
