干燥综合征合并颅内静脉窦血栓形成一例

摘要
颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)是一种特殊的脑血管疾病,可引起CVST的常见自身免疫性疾病包括系统性红斑狼疮和抗磷脂综合征,干燥综合征合并CVST在临床上并不常见.作者报道1例干燥综合征合并CVST患者的病历资料,并探讨了干燥综合征合并CVST可能的发病机制、治疗及预后等,以期为该类患者的诊断和治疗提供一定参考.
Abstract
Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)is a special type of cerebrovascular disease,and the common autoimmune diseases that can cause CVST are systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome,and the combination of CVST with Sjögren's syndrome is not common in clinical practice.The authors reported the case data of a patient with Sjögren's syndrome combined with CVST and discussed the possible pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis,with the aim of providing some guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of this type of patient.
