檵木及红花檵木种子萌发特性研究初报

为了探讨檵木及红花檵木种子萌发特性,为其通过有性杂交、实生选种等方法进行遗传改良与种质创新提供参考,选用檵木及红花檵木几个代表性类型和品种的种子为试验材料,研究不同采收期、不同贮藏方法、不同播种时间、不同预处理对其种子萌发的影响.结果显示:檵木及红花檵木种子具有后熟作用,需要经过100天左右的低温沙藏(层积处理)度过其深度生理休眠才能较好地发芽(室内发芽率可达70%~80%);在长沙地区,为了在蒴果开裂种子散落前收集到具有较好萌发力的红花檵木种子,9月中旬至10月上旬采收较为适宜;带果皮的低温沙藏和不带果皮的低温储藏都不利于檵木及红花檵木种子的后熟,用不带果皮的脱粒种子进行低温沙藏是比较合适的贮藏方法;檵木及红花檵木种子室外秋播发芽率显著高于室外春播发芽率,同时还表现出一定的基因型差异.
Seeds Germination Characteristics of Loropetalum chinense and Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum
In order to explore and understand the characteristics of the seed germination in Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum, and to provide a basis for genetic improvement and germplasm innovation by means of sexual hybridization and seed selection in Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum, using the typical varieties and strains of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum as materials, the influence of pretreatment means before sowing, different harvest time, varieties and strains, store ways, sowing time on the seed germination were carried out in this paper. The major results were as follows: Seeds of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum possess afterripening, they can germinated well only pass through the biological dormancy by cold stratification (100 d). In order to harvest the better seeds before capsule crazing, the middle decade of September to the first decade of October was the optimum harvest period in Changsha. Cold stratification of seeds with sclerotesta and cold store of seeds without sclerotesta couldn' t be beneficial for passing through the biological dormancy of seeds, cold stratification of seeds without sclerotesta was the optimum storage ways. The germination percentage sowing outdoor in autumn more than enough the ones sowing outdoor in spring, and it showed some genotypic differences.
