花生耐老化种质的鉴定与评价

为了筛选花生耐老化种质及明确老化前后种子主要品质性状的变化,选用18份不同来源的花生品种(系),通过人工老化和发芽率的检测,进行种子耐老化能力鉴定。结果表明,老化8天后,发芽率有显著下降;在此基础上筛选到5份耐老化花生品种(系),老化8天以后仍有90%以上的发芽率;通过品质分析与相关度分析,发现老化前后酸价有最显著变化,油酸、亚油酸含量与种子耐老化能力相关。本研究为花生耐老化品种的遗传改良和相关基础研究提供了可靠材料。
Identification and Estimation of Aging Resistant Varieties in Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.)
For selecting aging resistant varieties in peanut and measuring main quality characters before and after the aging, we used 18 peanut varieties from different resources for the estimation of aging resistant ability through artificial aging and germination rate detection. We found the oblivious decline of germination rate after aging for 8 days, and based on which, we identified 5 varieties with strong aging resistant abilities (germination rate>90% after aging for 8 days); through character measurement and association analysis, we found acid value as the most alterable factor before and after aging, and the relationship between the aging resistant ability and oleic/linoleic acids contents. The reliable varieties we identified might be helpful for the genetic improvement of peanut and the related researches.
