Analysis and Evaluation of Rural Residential Reclamation Potential Under the Background of Rural Land Comprehensive Reclamation——Take Huayuan County as An Example
The rural land comprehensive reclamation is the requirements of task about urban-rural integration development and the new countryside construction; to analyze and evaluate the rural residential reclamation potential is the prerequisite and basis of rural land comprehensive reclamation.In order to improve the scientific and feasible of land consolidation planning,provide reference for the future land rectification work,take Huayuan County as an example,through on-the-spot investigation,remote sensing interpretation,and mathematical statistics method analyzing and evaluating the rural residential reclamation potential.Research results showed that,the rural residential reclamation potential was relatively high,in 2020 the theoretical potential and realistic potential were 1458.2,371.31 hm2,the average consolidation potential coefficient amounted to 43.78％.Each village potential difference obvious,most of them distribution in Ⅱ,Ⅲ level,large increase cultivated land area were less; landform and the level of economic development was the main factors influencing the rural potential in the region.
