Medium Formulae Screening for JUNCAO Cultivating Tremella
Researching the medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO.Using test-tube method screened four kinds of JUNCAO and three auxiliary materials.The most suitable medium formula of Tremella cultivated by JUNCAO was:Neyraudia reynaudiana 70％,sorghum 5％,wheat bran 24％,lime 1％.Tremella mycelium grew fastest (1.067 cm/d).Fruit body budded earlier.Exhibition was superior to the contrast.
